We are pleased to provide this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to inform you of our practices with respect to how we collect and use personally identifiable information about visitors to our web site.

What we collect. You may visit our web site without providing any personally identifying information. When you register to use this web site the information required is your name, title, company name, address, telephone number, email address, a unique user ID and survey information about your FPGA project such as but not limited to project budget, project schedule and similar. If you make purchases on our web site, we or our online sales partner will also ask you for billing and credit card information.

How we collect it. Xylon collects your personal information when you complete registration forms, make purchases on our web site, or contact Xylon for additional information about our products and services.

Xylon stores your personal information on specifically protected servers in the Republic of Croatia, to which only a small number of Xylon employees and maintenance partner involved in the management of the servers have access. Updating Your Information. Xylon will use reasonable efforts to keep your personal information accurate.
